Q: Why are user-id and password required?

A: We want to keep your data and our data secure.   You can save your user-id and password on your computer (provided you have cookies enabled), so you only have to key it in once – and it will be in effect as long as you have your computer.

Q: How current is the data?

A: All data is updated once a day at 1AM Eastern Standard Time. Knape and Vogt order data is updated at 2 additional times: 10 am EST and 2 PM EST.  Workrite order data is updated once a day at 1 AM EST.

Q: My requested ship date is not on the order.

A: We are reviewing your order and will update A.S.A.P.

Q: I forgot my userid and/or password.  Is it possible to retrieve it?

Q: I am clicking on an option to view data in Microsoft Excel, but all I get is a blank page.  What is the problem?

A: This option will only work with Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE).  It will not work with Netscape or any other web browser.  Also, your Internet Explorer (IE) security options need to be set up properly.  Click here for more info.
