This web site uses advanced features not supported by AOL's web browser. If you are already using Microsoft's Internet Explorer (IE) or Netscape to access the web, you are all set. If you still use AOL's web browser to access the web, will have trouble accessing this site -- and probably many others on the web. Most PC's sold in the last 5 years have Microsoft's Internet Explorer (IE) installed on them. All you need to do is to configure IE to work with AOL. IE may already be configured on your PC to work with AOL. This will depend upon who you purchased your PC from. To try it out see the three steps below. Once IE is configured to work with AOL do the following ... 1) Connect to AOL like you always do 2) Instead of clicking on the "World" icon under AOL to get to the World Wide Web, start up IE. 3) Key in www.customercareconnection.com and you are all set!!!
